Alt-pop duo Confetti are back at it again with another infectious track - this time exploring the theme of having to microdose a person in order to put up with them with ‘Doses’ (we all know the ones).
The duo says that this track “goes out to the “lets just be friends” people we’ve dated, which inevitably turns into the ‘never see/talk to you again’ people. Hearts have been broken and mended and then broken again throughout this process. The process of which we call, ‘Doses.’ This song is also kind of how and where we see and feel the dating and heartbreak scene existing, with our song as the soundtrack to it all.”
‘Doses’ is the first release of 2022 and the first single off their upcoming EP, of the same name, coming out this summer.
