Coventry based quartet Idle Noise return with explosive new single 'Death to Modern Life'

Renowned for their signature indie sound, Idle Noise are back with their vibrant, brand new single 'Death to Modern Life'. Released June 4th, this is an indication of an exceptional future ahead for the band. Drawing influence from the likes of The Strokes, Circa Waves and The Enemy, Idle Noise have even shared the same lineup as The Charlatans and The Wombats at the iconic Godiva Festival.

Written by frontman and lead vocalist Ben Brandist, he spoke about the track, “From a band perspective, we feel it’s our best release yet. It marks a step forward from us in terms of maturity, both lyrically and structurally; there’s more layered harmonies than we’ve done before, the odd theatrical clap here and there, as well as our most direct and relatable lyrics - applicable regardless of the listeners political status, the factions that they support have failures that need holding to account.”

Radiating a feel-good persona, this is the type of track that you'd stick on when you're needing a boost to get through the rest of the week. Bathed in confidence and a lively personality, this is another bold move from your new favourite indie band.
