Pete Beat unveils new album The Strange Museum

After a few months of teasing, Pete Beat's new album is finally out. The artist gifted us with a highly personal release, sharing a part of his life.

One of the key themes in Pete's music is the healing power of creativity. He credits music and songwriting with saving his life and helping him cope with the issues that led to his psychotic breakdowns. "The Strange Museum" is not just an album, but a reflection of Pete's own experiences of being diagnosed with schizophrenia, and his journey towards recovery.

The album takes its name from the psychiatric hospital where Pete was detained in 2010, which he describes as a strange and otherworldly place. The cover art of the album is his artistic attempt to capture that feeling, making it a unique and powerful representation of his story.
