It’s clear that The Chase are an advocate for social commentary much like their influences, and their attempt comes in the form of a 6 track E.P. Social lyrics paired with a quintessentially British backdrop of music creates a tight and well presented E.P ready to make a stamp on UK indie music.
Speaking about the EP, the band claimed: ““If my mind was a TV and you were flicking through the channels, each track on this EP would be a different TV show. From drama to comedy to biopic, it’s an anthology of what it’s like navigating through your 20s. Not the F*cking Game Show is a snapshot of the band throughout the turbulent ups and downs of the last few years. It’s an insight to us as people and the band’s personality is imprinted on every song from start to finish”
From playing support slots with The Rifles, The Skinner Brothers and The Clause to being tipped off as being one of the biggest breakthrough acts by press, promoters and radio, the future seems exciting for the band and we can’t wait to catch the E.P live.
