2ŁØT have released their latest single 'Tread', offering a more restrained preview of their forthcoming album 'RE/SOLVE', due July 31.
The track marks a shift in approach, favouring a slower, more deliberate pace compared to some of the band’s earlier material. Built around a steady, rolling rhythm, 'Tread' focuses on subtle development rather than immediate impact.
Additional instrumentation from Ben Bohorquez (flute) and Evan Weiss (trumpet) introduces a looser, jazz-influenced texture, adding depth without dominating the arrangement.
The single follows earlier releases 'Favorite Star' and 'Come Together', continuing to build a broader picture of the album’s direction. Where previous tracks hinted at movement and scale, 'Tread' leans into reflection and restraint.
As anticipation grows for 'RE/SOLVE', the new single highlights the band’s evolving sound and their willingness to explore quieter, more measured territory.
