1. Michael Jackson – Human Nature
I love 'Human Nature' by Michael Jackson because it takes me back to being a kid, playing his songs over and over and dreaming of being like him one day. It’s always hard to pick just one Michael Jackson song, but this one feels timeless. He was an innovator and creator who broke down both musical and racial barriers. His songs spoke about everything love, social issues, and the world around us. He gave people a voice when they didn’t know what to say, and that’s why he’ll always be the greatest of all time.
2. Adele – Chasing Pavements
I love 'Chasing Pavements' by Adele because whenever I feel down, it gives me hope. There’s something about the message behind the song the vulnerability, the uncertainty, yet the strength in moving forward that really speaks to me. Adele’s vocals are so raw and emotional, and the honesty in her performance has always lifted me up no matter what I’m going through.
3. Justin Bieber – As I Am
I love 'As I Am' by Justin Bieber because it hits me really deep on an emotional level. The lyrics about being loved and accepted despite your flaws really resonate with me it’s such a powerful message about vulnerability and self-worth. Whenever I listen to it, I feel understood and reminded that it’s okay to not be perfect. Justin’s honesty and emotion in his voice make it feel so real. I’ve been a huge fan of his for years, and this song truly shows how much he’s grown as an artist. His ability to connect through raw emotion and authenticity is what inspires me the most.
4. Amy Winehouse – Tears Dry On Their Own
I love 'Tears Dry on Their Own' by Amy Winehouse because not only does it sample the iconic 'Ain’t No Mountain High Enough', but Amy completely made it her own. I really relate to this song the emotion, the honesty, and the strength behind the lyrics hit me every time. I’ve always been a huge fan of Amy Whinehouse she was unapologetically herself, with a tone and songwriting style that were truly one of a kind. She’s a timeless artist whose music will be remembered and loved for generations.
5. Elton John – Your Song
I’ve always loved 'Your Song' by Elton John it’s one of those tracks that feels completely timeless. Elton’s such a soulful powerhouse and an incredible performer who’s never been afraid to go against what people said he should do. He’s always stayed true to himself, and that confidence and authenticity shine through in everything he does. Being British, you can’t help but look up to someone like him he’s shaped generations of music and inspired artists like me to put emotion and honesty first. 'Your Song' captures that perfectly it’s simple, sincere, and full of heart.
