Transylvanian-born guitarist and songwriter Alex Kilroy has released his latest single 'Let The Good Times Roll', offering another preview of his forthcoming debut album 'Break My Chains', due May 15.
Featuring guest vocals from Vince Gill, the track leans into a relaxed blues-rock approach built around organic performances and understated chemistry. Rather than focusing on technical showmanship, the song prioritises warmth, groove and vocal interplay.
Kilroy’s journey to Nashville has become a notable part of his story, but 'Let The Good Times Roll' keeps the emphasis firmly on songwriting. Produced by Tres Sasser, the arrangement allows the instruments room to breathe, with Kilroy’s guitar work supporting the song rather than dominating it.
The single follows earlier releases tied to 'Break My Chains', an album shaped by themes of reinvention, personal loss and belonging. Across the project, he blends blues traditions with touches of Southern rock and roots-driven songwriting.
