Broken Bricks mesmerise on single ‘Tapestry’ and accompanying visuals

‘Tapestry’ is the newest single from group Broken Bricks, a song that fuses an array of different styles ranging from pop to R&B to electronic. Groovy and glitchy, the sparkling track features dynamic melodies and Christianne’s rich vocal tone. The track’s kaleidoscopic video is vibrant and attention-grabbing, as the trio draw you into their alluring brand of enveloping soundscapes and colourful visuals.

Broken Bricks note, “‘Tapestry’ came from a different place than most of the rest of the album, moving away from the more classic indie vibe, we went for a deep sensual sub sound which carries a lot of movement, to better represent Christianne's intimate and sensual lyrics about sexual gratification.”

Since arriving on the scene in 2020 with their debut ‘Slow Down’, Broken Bricks have established their own distinctive sphere of sounds that really push the genre boundaries. They call on inspiration from the likes of The XX, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Amy Winehouse, Maribu State, Bonobo, Friendly Fires, UK Garage and house inspired indie. Full speed ahead on their musical journey, Broken Bricks are destined for big things, so be sure to keep up to date with all of their upcoming releases.
