Making a comeback with his first release in over a year, Detroit's own Chasey The Illest is back with his latest single 'Carry Me'. A preview of his forthcoming EP, the single offers an introspective, R&B-tinged insight into their creative abilities. Made up of two parts, the single plays on the two sides of Chasey's back catalogue, flicking between a smooth R&B-laden backbone and that intensive, pack-a-punch swagger.

Reflecting on the single, Chasey shares, “I wrote ‘Carry Me’ as an honest reflection of my past, constantly questioning why I put myself through so much. Nearly every song, verse, and chorus I write is like a diary entry, and this one’s no different. It’s just me processing life in real time and inviting you to do the same, hoping that if you relate, you find some of the clarity or answers you’ve been searching for.”
