Following the raw honesty of his May single 'Better Man', Scottish singer-songwriter Connor McGlave unveils his poignant new track 'Flowers'. Marking the second release from his upcoming EP, 'Flowers' finds McGlave at his most vulnerable yet, a quietly powerful meditation on breaking promises and the fear of not living up to the love we receive.

Built around his signature emotive vocals and unguarded lyricism, 'Flowers' captures the ache of letting someone down, even when they see the best in you. “It’s about the frustration of breaking your own promises,” Connor shares. “When someone believes in you more than you believe in yourself, there’s that underlying fear they might not stick around if you keep slipping.”

McGlave’s rise has been marked by deeply resonant songs like 'Time Waits For No Man' and 'Cocaine Epidemic', earning him a reputation as one of Scotland’s most sincere new voices. With headline shows at iconic venues like King Tut’s and St Luke’s already under his belt, he continues to grow a dedicated following drawn to his fearless storytelling.
