Great Adamz has always understood that positivity works best when it feels physical, and ‘OMAHE OMAHO’ turns that instinct into one of his most immediately uplifting releases to date.

The Nigerian-born, UK-based artist builds the single around bright Afropop production, playful rhythms and a hook designed to be picked up almost instantly. From the outset, it aims for movement and participation, with the group vocals giving the song a communal quality rather than making it feel centred solely on the artist himself.

Beneath the summery exterior, ‘OMAHE OMAHO’ is about maintaining belief when circumstances become difficult. Here, he frames optimism as holding onto the possibility that things can improve, giving the song enough substance to prevent its brightness from feeling purely superficial.

His vocal performance responds naturally to the production. As it plays, he works with its easy momentum, delivering the melody with an energy that feels relaxed and assured. The repeated hook does much of the heavy lifting, gradually turning the song into something closer to a shared chant throughout.

‘OMAHE OMAHO’ also arrives during a productive period for the artist. Following collaborations with Manuel Riva on ‘Umada’ and ‘Shake’, and the continued reach of his Blessed Boy material, the single shows that he's becoming increasingly comfortable moving between Afrobeat foundations, pop immediacy and broader dancefloor appeal.

Warm, catchy and deliberately optimistic, ‘OMAHE OMAHO’ succeeds by turning encouragement into something you can actually move to.
