Rip-roaring guitar-led chaos is the central force of Greet The Chief's latest EP, 'Same Planet, Different Worlds', with the Derbyshire based rocker coming up trumps again. Fusing the nostalgic tones of hard-fi, Kasabian and Iggy Pop, the EP opener Back For More is a full throated hard hitting anthem, Up To The Light being the festival favourite with a clever anarhcic chorus melody line. The track closes with Fire Water, which still has that signature Greet The Chief sound, but the horn-led finisher is a stylishly charming.

Authenticity is at the heart of my work,” the artist shares. “What you hear is what you get”

Produced, mixed, and mastered at Giant Audio Studio in Derbyshire alongside long-time collaborator Dave Oliffe, the project continues to refine a sound that has already attracted UK and international radio support, playlist placements, podcast coverage, and widespread praise from the independent music press.

Arriving as a follow-up to the project’s self-titled release, Same Planet, Different Worlds reinforces everything fans have come to expect from Greet The Chief: genre-bending creativity and a fearless approach to songwriting. Punky, urgent, and packed with attitude, from Greet The Chief, we'd expect nothing less.
