Returning to the limelight with their third release of the year, Lancashire-based five-piece Hollins are back with their latest release, 'What We Wish For'. The single begins with a passionate acoustic strum, which is then topped with raw, authentic vocals that tell tales of strength through slick melody. Building itself up, it soon becomes a canvas of colour, as indie-tinged drums and emphatic guitars fill the airwaves, landing somewhere between alternative and Britpop.

Diving in, the band explain, “This song is inspired by having to find your own path after being let down by people you love, having the courage to lead your own way, and not being afraid to get out there and meet new people. Adding, “It’s a gentle reminder that the grass isn’t always greener and to be careful what you wish for”.
