Diving into the single, he explains, “‘The Running Man’ came from a very personal place. I wrote it during a time when I was constantly moving physically, emotionally, and creatively, never quite able to settle. The song captures that feeling of wanting love and stability, but also being haunted by the instinct to run. Working on it in the studio with Richie B reignited the same energy I had when I first started out. It’s soulful, cinematic, and honest; every lyric feels like a confession. For me, this track marks both a return and a rebirth.”
