Returning to spotlight his latest EP, Jack Simpson is quickly building a reputation as an unmissable creative talent. Striking a dynamic chord, the release highlights not only the strength of Simpson's songwriting but also the versatility of his artistry. With 'The Crucifix of San Damiano' being the newly released single to be taken from the album, the track leans into religion and otherworldly powers whilst keeping his trademark wit-enthused melodies in check.

Diving into how the project has seen him develop as an artist, he explains, “This is a step up for me as the recording has improved immensely. Session musicians helped, but the strong songwriting is the key. As usual, a diverse range of subjects from babies to St Francis are covered with charm and humour.”
