Jonny Corralitos returns with the sunny project 'World Of Sound'

Jonny Corralitos steps back into the spotlight with his World Of Sound EP, a nostalgic yet fresh fusion of indie folk, reggae and laid-back West Coast grooves. He builds authentic vocals, vivid guitar lines and a classic feel to every melody; a rich DIY energy that draws from decades of alternative influence.

Exuded from a free-spirited heart, the EP is steeped in personality, offering a warm yet rebellious charm that tips its hat to a host of talent-driven, raw, unfiltered artists.

In Jonny’s words, “In an era when much of popular music sounds like an endless loop of the same auto-tuned pseudo-melody over a stubbornly unimaginative drum program, I wanted to keep the torch of original music, truly original music, burning hot and bright. Beyond the wry lyrics and ace musicianship, the main thing these songs deliver: big fun, from start to finish.”

Raised off-grid, the now seasoned songwriter and producer was shaped by hippie counterculture. Formerly fronting cult bands in California and New York, and sharing the stage with some iconic names along the way, World Of Sound is bold and joyful, the key values to all things Jonny Corralitos.
