Layyah releases pumping new single 'Passenger Side'

Following on from the release of 'Letting Go' earlier in the year, Layyah is back with the release of her latest hip-hop anthem, 'Passenger Side'. The winner of the BBC's rap game UK, Layyah once again proves her worth as she teams up with rapper Scorcher, exploring intimacy, independence and late night-rides all in one track.

Commenting on the single, Layyah dives in, “Passenger Side is a vibe. The concept came about while I was chilling with my friends, having a girlie chat. I heard the beat and the lyrics just came to me. We were talking about how being in control doesn't always mean being the driver. It's about the effortless, calm confidence we women hold when deciding to be passenger princesses, not because we can’t drive, but because we want to be driven and lead from the Passenger side.”
