Pop iconoclast Madelline returns with 'Happy as Hell', a fierce, orchestral anthem for anyone who’s ever scrolled through life and wondered, “Am I falling behind?” Released in the wake of her chart-topping success and viral stardom, the single blends cinematic strings, sharp wit, and swelling drama, officially kicking off what she dubs her “Theatrical Pop” era.

Co-produced by Arthur Besna (Nessa Barrett) and Jon Buscema (Sophie Truax), 'Happy as Hell' see the artist lean into that space between performance and panic, delivering an anthem that’s equal parts cabaret and catharsis. “It’s about feeling like you’re running late to your own life,” she says, “but dancing anyway.”

With over 20 million streams, a #1 spot on Billboard’s Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart, and viral fanbases across TikTok and Instagram, Madelline has carved out her own glitter-strewn lane in the alt-pop universe. Fresh off tours with Em Beihold and Sub Urban, and a surreal headline slot at Cat Con 2025, she continues to prove that pop can be weird, theatrical, deeply human, and still go off.
