Fresh off the back of his recent 'Grazes' EP earlier this year, Greek/Welsh artist Minas is back on the grind once again to deliver his blistering new single 'R U OK, UK?'
Bringing back another head dose of that anthemic alt-hip-hop aesthetic he has been crafting over the years, 'R U OK, UK?' marks one of his most thunderous relesaes yet. With its bold production and pulsing rhythms throughout, he is certainly coming back with a bang here.
Speaking about the track, he said, “I never understood why things were the way they were for us when we were younger, why I got the piss consistently taken out of me for being from Wales when I was in Uni in England, why there is such an underlying resentment for England in Wales, why it’s pretty much all down to the upper class of this and past generations, why it’s been and always will be the working class that take the brunt of everything they put on us. So I ask the question, it’s sincere and it’s something I genuinely look for an answer for when I ask it on whatever stage I’m on.”
