OAKLND opens up on his indie bop track ‘PARIS’

OAKLND’s sound is unapologetically poppy with indie songwriting flair that gives it an extra dimension. ‘PARIS’ hits upon dream pop sounds amongst infectious melodies, creating a laidback track that still has an element of complexity. OAKLND’s silky vocals give the track a smooth sound with some serious chart potential.

OAKLND shares: “Probably the most vulnerable I've ever been on a track. It was a really cool writing, recording and production process. It's co-produced by Casey Barth who has co-written and co-produced for Julia Michaels (Happy + What A Time w/Niall Horan) and Quinn XCII (Meeting Strangers). Quinn XCII is one of my favourite artists and Julia Michaels is obviously huge, so working with someone who's written and produced for them was amazing, I learned a lot from it!”

OAKLND is sure off to a promising start in his career with his intriguing storytelling lyrics and immaculate production, it’s safe to say that he’ll be a familiar name over the coming years.
