Rising alt-pop artist Ocean Tisdall returns with 'Jealous', the third and most emotionally raw chapter of his breakup series. Written with longtime collaborator Prentice in Edinburgh, the track explores the gut-punch feeling of watching someone move on while you’re still paralysed by pain.
Channelling the timeless ache of 'Someone Like You' and the emotional clarity of 'Someone You Loved', 'Jealous' finds Ocean at his most stripped-back and vulnerable.
Inspired by the story of Greyfriars Bobby, the lyric “I was a dog on a leash, you know I would’ve stayed, stayed sat on your grave” becomes a stunning metaphor for loyalty, loss, and letting go.
