OKKADY have always had a knack for songs that hit like a sunbeam to the chest. But with their new single 'I’ll Get to You', the Los Angeles duo return to their roots, wrapped in the shimmer of their modern pop identity. It’s both a homecoming and a leap forward, and it feels like the moment their story snaps fully into focus.

Where their debut album 'Hey Darlin'' leaned into lush, synth-bright drama, 'I’ll Get to You' trades some of that polish for something more organic. Acoustic guitars ring out like open roads, gentle strings lift the chorus skyward, and the whole track carries a golden twang that nods back to where they began. It’s the kind of song that sounds like driving toward the horizon with the windows down.

Keturah Church and Drew Frey tap deeply into the theme of reinvention here. The song radiates with the clarity that comes when you finally admit that your life no longer fits, and you need to chase the place (or person) your gut has been pulling you toward all along. That tension is the engine of the track, building from tender verses into a chorus that breaks open with pure, breath-catching lift.

Vocally, the duo are at their best: Keturah’s warm, expressive delivery intertwines with Drew’s melodic instincts in a way that makes every line feel like a promise.

With 'I’ll Get to You', OKKADY deliver the kind of anthem that feels both personal and universal, the soundtrack to every moment you decide to choose yourself and start again. It’s heartfelt, hook-laden, and quietly triumphant. Proof that sometimes the only way forward is to return to where your heart first learned how to speak.
