Plastic Harpoons dazzle on their breezy new single 'Better Than Dying'

Ever since they first emerged, Santa Barbara's Plastic Harpoons have always searched for a breezier and more vibrant direction to add to the fledgling indie-rock scene. And with their 2022 debut LP 'Modern World' highlighting those dynamic ideals throughout, they now make their eagerly-awaited return with the dreamy new single 'Better Than Dying'.

Much like what their earliest origins introduced us to, this new outing projects another heady mix of breezy textures and sublime guitar hooks at every turn. Creating this beautifully fluid atmosphere that invites you in and never lets you go, 'Better Than Dying' sees them reenter our lives with one of their most spellbinding releases yet.

Although their first album was certainly a milestone within their creative ambitions, 'Better Than Dying' sees them revitalised for the new year and ready to develop those immersive aesthetics once again. Brimming with such warmth and vigour from start to finish, 2024 looks set to be another standout year for the Californian troubadours.
