French collective Pléthore, founded by musician and architect Louis Faloci, spotlight their track 'Atlantic', taken from their debut album 'Digital Dream'. Blending electronic production with soulful pop textures, the project continues to blur the lines between music, space, and artistic disciplines.
Built around a strong pop framework, 'Atlantic' features a Kraftwerk-inspired vocoder and a driving yet minimal rhythm section. The track explores an internal dialogue between opposing forces, a yin and yang existing within the same body. Through this duality, Pléthore reflect on cognitive dissonance and the social pressure to project confidence, questioning whether such expectations are truly necessary.
Formed during Faloci’s architecture studies in Paris and developed alongside producer Arnaud Kalmès and a rotating cast of collaborators, Pléthore have steadily refined a sound that navigates the space between the virtual and the real. Following earlier releases including the EP 'L' and singles 'Home' and 'You Walk Away', 'Digital Dream' marks a defining step forward.
