Australian pop star Ruel returns with 'Hate Myself', a confessional new release that digs into the emotional spiral of staying in a relationship you know is doing damage.

Co-written with Kenny Beats and Jackson Morgan, the track pairs polished pop production with a darker emotional core, exploring the point where attachment turns inward and self-worth begins to erode. It’s a striking shift that broadens the palette of his evolving sound while staying rooted in the vulnerability fans have come to expect.

The single marks the next step toward his upcoming project 'Kicking My Feet & Screaming', the second instalment of a wider album rollout set to land June 12.

Alongside the release, Ruel has confirmed a UK and European tour this October, as well as his debut appearance at The Great Escape in Brighton next month.
