Sara Marie Barron returns with her latest single 'West Coast', a reflective and atmospheric release that challenges the idealised image of life in California.

Having developed her sound between Detroit and Nashville, she uses the track to explore the emotional disconnect that can exist beneath outward success. Rather than leaning into sun-soaked imagery, 'West Coast' unfolds through ambient textures, hazy synths and subtle field recordings, creating a sense of quiet unease.

Produced with influences that echo the melancholic pop stylings of Lana Del Rey and Weyes Blood, the single offers a cinematic and emotionally layered sound.

'West Coast' is set to feature on Sara Marie Barron’s forthcoming EP 'Heaven’s Right Here', with the track available now on major streaming platforms.
