Shadows of a Silhouette return with A.I.A.D

Standing for Artificial Intelligence, Automated Deception, A.I.A.D is the newest single from Shadows of a Silhouette, a confronting rock anthem tackling the paranoia of tech, with a vintage sound.

Explaining the release foundations, the band explain:

Nathan: "The song sets out to create dystopian novel levels of imagery around what we fear are possible future outcomes of our current relationship with each other in the world and with AI itself. The title of the track stands for Artificial Intelligence, Automated Deception" 

Reece: "This is the type of song I'd like to think that bands like Black Sabbath would be making if they were our age today and living through the birth of AI"

Following their debut album back in 2025, this is a confident step forward, not just musically, but also in their thematic advances, relevant as ever. Shadows of a Silhouette may be looking backward for their sonic vocabulary, but their attention is fixed firmly on what lies ahead. ‘A.I.A.D’ turns that uncertain future into something loud, ominous and immediately compelling.
