Spreading their fresh and buoyant approach to the Americana sound across the capital since, culminating in their much-loved sophomore collection 'How To Fall' in 2019, they now make their eagerly-awaited return with the jovial new single 'Dreaming Of Yesterday'.
Brimming with a fresh and soaring aesthetic from start to finish, 'Dreaming Of Yesterday' ends their four-year absence with a rousing delight, filled with joyous textures and a glittering atmosphere. Matching the same progressive ambitions they have always looked to project since they first emerged, their newest gem is a strong and confident return that continues their ascent as one of the more alluring names doing the rounds right now.
Describing their new track, they said, "'Dreaming of Yesterday' is a song borne out of a longing for the past and reflections on what might have been, it is also about weathering hardship and, ultimately, hope for a new tomorrow."
It may have arrived after a prolonged hiatus for their fans, but 'Dreaming Of Yesterday' is certainly worth the wait. Rarely do we get to hear a band with equal amounts heart and talent to really move us, but The Tiger Moths have such a devout approach to their songwriting, it's difficult not to get swept away with it.
