Tiwayo shares soulful new single 'Up For Soul' ahead of upcoming album

Paris-born soul artist Tiwayo has unveiled his fiery new single 'Up For Soul', the second offering from his upcoming album 'Outsider', due April 10, 2026 via Record Kicks. Produced by Grammy-winner Adrian Quesada (Black Pumas), the track blends 70s soul swagger with vivid storytelling and tight, groove-laden instrumentation.

Nicknamed “The Young Old” for his timeless voice, Tiwayo wrote the track after a day immersed in Sly Stone and Johnny Guitar Watson records. Reflecting on the emotional extremes of life as a working musician, he delivers playful yet pointed lyrics over a driving rhythm section, elevated by lush strings courtesy of Sly5th Avenue.
