Northampton’s brightest new jangle-pop outfit Balter unveil their latest single 'Used To Be', the third and final taster from their forthcoming debut EP, recorded with producer Jonathan Hucks (Hallan, Dream Nails).
Despite having only just completed their GCSEs, the four-piece have been turning heads with a run of energetic live shows and early support from BBC Introducing, CLOUT, and Gigslutz. This summer, they’re set to take on SXSW London, Isle of Wight Festival, and Delepre Abbey.
“Used To Be is a cringy love song about how intense and melodramatic love can feel when you’re young,” says frontman Tom. “It captures that messy mix of euphoria and heartbreak.”
