With her sold-out UK tour in full swing, Belfast-born singer-songwriter Bea Stewart unveils her striking new EP 'Wish It Was You', a candid, emotionally-charged indie-pop collection exploring the messy aftermath of heartbreak and the slow return to selfhood. Featuring previously released favourites like 'Out of My Hands', 'Still My Favourite', and 'Set On Loving You', the EP arrives with brand new single 'Chill Girl', a deceptively light-hearted track that captures the exhausting performance of pretending not to care.

Built from a voice note and finished in a spontaneous writing session with Ben Lythe, 'Chill Girl' became a late but essential addition to the EP.

'The Wish It Was You' EP feels like the diary pages Bea never meant to publish, a mix of poetic melancholy and brutally honest lines, sewn together with glowing melodies and raw vocal intimacy. With support from BBC Radio 1, BBC Introducing, RTE, and more, Bea Stewart is carving out her space as one of the UK’s most resonant new voices in alt-pop.
