Chris Lee drops his latest banger 'Miss'

A slick offering from the versatile artist, Chris Lee boasts his array of talents on his latest drop ‘Miss’.

With influences from the golden age of hip-hop, 90’s rap and melodic R&B, the Georgia native blends genres with ease, weaving intricate drum patterns, pulsating synths and surges of guitar together to cultivate his sound. His impressive vocals soar above, switching up the rhythm at any given moment and his words never falling short against the beat. Describing the inspiration behind the track, Chris explains ‘“Miss’ is about not being able to escape that certain someone, even when you know they're corrupting”, and the shifting between musical styles executes the complicated feelings that he is singing about perfectly.

The multi-faceted musician released his first EP ‘In My Feelings’ in 2018, closely followed by his anticipated debut album ‘1000’, which was released last year to high acclaim. As well as his instrumental flair, Chris is a seasoned actor, performing in Broadway’s ‘Hamilton’ and TV shows such as ‘The Chi’ and ‘S.W.A.T’.

Having already made a mark on the industry, Chris Lee is one to keep an eye on this year.
