North County Dublin outfit find-joy return with their latest single 'Departed', a rhythm-driven indie release that leans into both emotional immediacy and expansion.

Produced by guitarist Mark Allidine and recorded across a series of home studio sessions, the track builds around a strong bass groove and shimmering synth work from Oscar Kelly. Anchored by tight drums, the arrangement steadily grows before opening into a wide, anthemic chorus led by vocalists Tadhg Kelly and Colleen Conlon.

Lyrically, 'Departed' explores the intensity of early-stage romance, that all-consuming feeling of infatuation that feels both exhilarating and quietly fragile. It marks a subtle shift from the band’s previous single 'Peptides', while still retaining the core elements of their evolving sound.
