Musroe introduces ‘EPHEMERA’ with new two-track release ‘Left2Rot/Now’

Montréal artist Musroe has released “Left2Rot/Now”, a two-track project that introduces her forthcoming EP 'EPHEMERA'.

The release pairs two contrasting pieces designed to flow directly into one another. “Left2Rot” builds from a reworked guitar demo into a more urgent alternative-rock arrangement, while “Now” moves in the opposite direction with slower, more ambient textures.

Together, the songs examine the movement between emotional overload and a return to the present moment.

Musroe wrote, arranged and produced the material herself, continuing the hands-on approach that has defined her recent work. The release also reflects her broader interest in combining music with visual art, poetry and design.
