Diving into what the project means to him, Mykah explains how 'Long Time Coming' is a level up for him, "This EP represents a new chapter for me as a producer. It’s been four years since my last release, and in that time I’ve grown not just in my music but as a person." Adding that, "Every track reflects the journey I’ve been on since 2020, and I’m excited to finally share that growth and energy with everyone."
