Norwegian avant-pop artist Red Moon has unveiled her luminous new single ‘Thermochromatic’, a gorgeously layered alt-pop gem that shimmers with sensuality, emotional depth, and self-discovery. The track marks a striking continuation of her evolution following 2024’s ‘Red Moon in Retrograde’ and ‘I Run’.
Produced by Tim Bran and Roy Kerr (MyRiot), known for their work with London Grammar, Birdy, and Aurora, 'Thermochromatic' glows with Red Moon’s signature “siren pop” aesthetic: lush synth textures, vivid lyricism, and ethereal vocals that blur the lines between vulnerability and power. Written in 2020 but held close until now, the track takes inspiration from mood rings and thermochromism to explore the emotional imprints people leave on each other.
Paired with a visually arresting video from a Berlin-based all-FLINTA creative team, 'Thermochromatic' marks another confident step in Red Moon’s independent era, proving she’s creating not just art, but a universe entirely her own.
