Southern indie-pop riser Ryley Tate Wilson returns with 'Party Girl', a melancholic synth-pop slow-burn that captures the ache of missing someone in a room full of people. Out now via S-Curve Records, the track is Wilson’s first single since touring with AJR and Niall Horan, and marks the beginning of a new chapter ahead of his debut EP in early 2026.
Produced and written by the 18-year-old artist himself, 'Party Girl' threads visceral storytelling through a shimmering, late-night soundscape. Ryley explains, “Party Girl is about being out and getting that pit in your stomach like you miss someone desperately. Seeing others around you having a great time but all you can do is wish for that special someone to be back in your life - but they’re not coming back.”
A finalist on NBC’s The Voice Season 23, Ryley first gained national attention with his haunting vocal tone and emotional depth. On 'Party Girl', he channels influences from Bon Iver to Charli XCX, fusing electronic textures with Southern soul to deliver something that feels both cinematic and deeply intimate.
