Irish LGBTQIA+ breakout artist SexyTadhg (pronounced Sexy-Tie-g) has today released their highly anticipated debut EP Sexy. The arrival of the record marks a bold new chapter for the Dublin-born performer, whose fearless blend of flamboyant pop, theatrical soul, and big band jazz has quickly established them as one of the most vital new voices in Irish music, gaining coverage across major outlets and touring across Ireland and the UK.

The release comes after a whirlwind year of momentum: a packed-out UK tour with The Mary Wallopers, national airplay on RTÉ 2FM and BBC Radio 6 Music, and acclaim across tastemaker press. National TV appearances on The Six O’Clock Show and Síorstíl have only further cemented Tadhg’s status as a rising cultural force.

At its core, Sexy is a politically charged and unapologetically queer statement — celebrating love, empowerment, and joy, while also confronting stigma, struggle, and the need for change. The five-track project flows between euphoric anthems like 'Claim My Love' and the Irish-language 'Ceannasacht', to defiant and vulnerable reflections in 'My Parade' and 'Ride the Wave', which speak to resilience, mental health, and the fight for social justice.
