Sixth House isn’t just making music, he’s making survival an art form. His new EP, 'House of God', is six tracks of raw emotion and club-ready energy, and it feels like a journey straight from the depths of personal struggle into moments of fragile peace.
Growing up with his father’s suicide, periods of homelessness, and navigating ADHD and dyslexia, Sixth House found refuge in music, and that refuge becomes crystal clear in this EP. Every track carries that mix of grit and beauty, heaviness and humanity.
The title track kicks things off with a punch, full of anger, disbelief, and some seriously haunting female vocals that give it almost a spiritual intensity. Then “In The Dark” softens things, with liquid drum and bass vibes wrapped around acoustic guitar melodies, capturing that fear of being truly seen. “I’m Falling” turns up the intensity again, blending nu-metal and rock influences with his electronic backbone, think Evanescence meets the dancefloor.
Tracks like “Think About You” and “Love Me” slow things down into vulnerability and longing, before the closing track “Blinded” leaves you with a quiet, reflective sense of acceptance.
Sonically, Sixth House is bridging liquid drum and bass, melodic bass, and EDM in a way that’s as emotional as it is danceable. It’s music you can rave to, cry to, and maybe even heal a to.
'House of God' is a statement. Sixth House proves that even in the darkest moments, music can lift you up, and sometimes the dancefloor is the best place to start.
