Oslo-based dream-pop artist Yndling deepens her sonic palette with 'Falling Behind', a sultry, immersive cut that slips into the darker corners of 90s trip-hop. Out now via Spirit Goth Records, the track offers a smoky preview of her upcoming second album 'Time Time Time (I’m in the Palm of Your Hand)', due November 4th.
Built around a pulsing beat and foggy textures, 'Falling Behind' balances meditative repetition with subtle cinematic tension. Yndling’s spectral vocals float through the mix, channelling the intimacy of Mazzy Star and the rhythmic seduction of Massive Attack. A live favourite from her spring and summer festival run (SXSW, Eurosonic, SPOT), the track marks a bold step into more experimental terrain.
Simultaneously reflective and rhythmically rich, 'Falling Behind' captures Yndling’s evolution, a dream pop reverie with a trip-hop heart.
