Returning for the second time this year, Zeroz are back with their new single, 'The Dumbest Song Name Possible', as they look to follow up 'Star Kill Lovers'. Starting with a riotous, guitar-driven punch, 'The Dumbest Song Name Possible', starts as it means to go on, with an emphatic glow. As the vocals kick in, the experimental side of zeroz begins to shine, layering sticky melodies alongside colourful lyricism. Landing at the crossroads of indie-rock, emo, and alternative, 'The Dumbest Song Name Ever' finds itself as a promising guitar-rock anthem.
The single sports a swagger that comes laced with a vibrant, left-field glow, highlighting the boundary pushing nature of the bands mission. Speaking about the release, the band chimes in, "The Dumbest Song Name Possible certainly festers in anger and catchy nihilism; but it also reminds me of some of my favourite heroes like Ryuko Matoi and Subaru Natsuki, who lose again and again and still refuse to give up their fight. I think there is something nice about that."
