Blue w3rd unveils hip-hop fine-art project ‘Gods Amongst Men’

Hailing from Philadelphia, Blue w3rd had been perfecting his signature sound, effortlessly blending elements of afrobeats, hip-hop and crafting powerful basslines into his own unique style. Recognised for his innovative approach to songwriting, where he cuts and rearranges musical elements, Blue continually pushes creative boundaries. While Blue w3rd thrives in the studio, he comes alive on stage, even performing alongside artists such as Flatbush Zombies, Flying Lotus and A$AP ANT. Now, with his latest release ‘Gods Amongst Men’ he looks to continue making waves in the industry.

The title track and lead single highlights his experimental approach, capturing the infectious melodies. With his latest release, Blue w3rd looks to solidify his place as an exciting underground talent. 

Diving into the EP, Blue w3rd shares, “‘Gods Amongst Men’ brings supreme lyricism and sample-driven instrumentation. To me, this is fine art: hip-hop and spirit rap, blending the essence of street knowledge and spirituality to present an exploration expressed through beats and rhymes.”
