Jody Bigfoot is a unique and unconventional figure in both his personal life and his artistic endeavors. His first solo project called Duszt released in 2021 challenges common ideas and stereotypes found in modern hip-hop. Instead, it incorporates spiritual and esoteric elements from Eastern philosophy while also staying true to the political roots of the genre.
The album is accompanied by a feature-length music video filmed in Japan, where Bigfoot lived for a year to develop his video editing skills. After a few singles in between, the artist is ready to return in 2023 with a new track + music video titled "Brush Strokes".
