ryan john clary releases indie-folk new single 'whatcanwedo?'

Ahead of the release of his debut EP, ryan john clary is back with the release of his latest single 'whatcanwedo?'. Taken from his forthcoming album, 'bandit.', the release sees clary put together his distinctive, 60s-tinged indie-folk.

Coupling together lo-fi, acoustic charms with a brooding, synth brass top section, 'whatcanwedo?' quickly makes itself known as a retrospective anthem for the modern era. Penned about clary's frustrations with the modern world, the single offers a glimpse into his headspace whilst channelling a magnetic, authentic aura.

Diving into the single, he explores, “I channelled my frustrations into this record. To both give myself a healthy outlet to express these feelings and also hope that it can help validate and comfort others who feel the same.”
