Wotts return with their sweeping new single 'there'

Over these last few months, Canadian duo Wotts have been one of the more consistently brilliant names doing the rounds. With plenty of praise and acclaim coming in for their material this past year, including their widely-revered EP 'PETALS', they are back at it once again with their sweeping new single 'there'.

While normally ones to pursuit a bright and vibrant mix of dream-pop and psych-rock aesthetics, their newest effort explores a more solemn side to their sound. Largely focused on a sprawling piano-led production, with the odd string section thrown in as well, 'there' sits as one of the more tender and emotive additions to their recent catalogue.

Although far from what we would have expected from them again, 'there' still manages to evoke another strong emotional response from us. Showing that their talent exceeds beyond what we thought we knew about them, Wotts are quickly becoming one of our favourite new names on the independent scene right now.
